Spring eCookbook
My favorite time of year? Spring!
However, with small children this time of renewal seems to always get away from me as the busyness of the end of the school year takes over. It manages to often compete with my desire to dig in my garden and clean out my house as well.
Too often, I am longing to incorporate everything we have missed throughout the cold months: tiny strawberries, tangy rhubarb, comforting artichokes, bright asparagus, fresh baby greens, itty bitty roots, carrots with dangling green tops and flavor bursting herbs.
Removing one of my to-do list items of making sure to really enjoy the delights of spring’s abundance is possible with my latest eCookbook.
It is a simple meal plan that celebrates this season of renewal. During this busy time of year, whip up possibilities such as the Dijon Asparagus and Spring Layered Salad with a Lemon-Basil Dressing.
Also, create an Apricot Roasted Chicken that becomes a simple Apricot-Pistachio Salad that is perfect for lunches on the go throughout the end of the school year.
The recipes include a shopping list if you want to try them all in one fabulous swoop, but there are enough recipes for you to try one or two every week until Summer swoops in and fills us with her ideas and harvest.
